CDM becomes part of your engineering/production staff offering cost saving modifications and helping to design cable assemblies with proven connector types that will insure long and reliable performance from your assembly.

Before considering building your assembly in-house , ask yourself the the following questions:

a) Are we willing to pay for the parts and labor before we are able to utilize the finished product? Outsourcing your assembly to CDM means you do not pay for the product until 30 days* after it is complete and ready for your application.

b) Do we have all the specialized equipment and training on that equipment to build my job accurately and timely? CDM conducts ongoing continuous improvement training programs, which utilizes the latest equipment and tooling. You are not burdened with maintenance and/or overhead of any machines.

c) Do we have enough warehouse space to store the wire and parts? CDM has 20,000 square feet of warehouse space dedicated to storage of all machinery and component products.

d) Do we adhere to ISO 9001:2000 standards? CDM is ISO certified and UL listed.

e) Are we ready to deploy personnel to this job and endure the peaks and valleys often associated with custom cable setup and production? CDM is prepared for these peaks and valleys. By outsourcing to us, you keep your key people focused on your strategy and core competency.
